IN RANDOM ORDER:

OVERHEAD CARRY - CARRY WEIGHT OVERHEAD FOR 400 METERS

  • "CAN I TAKE A BREAK?" - Yes! Stop forward progress first, and lower the weight.  When you are ready, raise the weight overhead and begin forward progress. 

  • Run Walk or Shuffle your way around the track.

GRIZ CRAWL

  • Get low, stay low

PADDLEHEAD PITCH

  • Pitch into the batters box - Get a Strike

  • Overhand or underhand

SANDBAG CARRY

  • Up the bleachers and weave down, carrying sand bag

PLANK WALK on Skate

  • Plank walk

CONCUSSION CRAWL

  • Low crawl on all 4's up bleachers- keep it low

FLY BALL CATCH

  • Catch a fly ball - no error

  • Get up and over
