RACE DESCRIPTION

The obstacles are a test of functional strength, agility and trail running or hiking.  Yes, you can do the ZTC how fast you finish is up to you.    Start training and ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE!

Double Griz 10k 45 Obstacles

For the athlete who wants the ultimate CHALLENGE!  Complete the course twice with added obstacles and challenges.

Expert 5k  20 Obstacles

For the experienced athlete who wants to conquer heavier obstacles. Options provided at obstacles.

Novice 5k  20 Obstacles

For the casual athlete who wants to compete weight options available at obstacles. Options provided at obstacles

TEAMS 5k - 4 person 

Sign up and help each other out with the obstacles.  Make it fun by challenging another industry or team. 

3k CHallenge 18 obstacles

Race in and around the stadium - M trail not included - Lighter weights are available for participants of this race including junior racers.

Kids Race 5-10 yrs

Compete in the stadium, Obstacle Course sponsored by MISMO Gymnastics

All Ability Race

Compete in the stadium, and train at VRTX Fitness.  For individuals with physical or intellectual disability or limitation.

Select TEAMS at the side of the Run Sign Up race registration site. Teams Link

  • The team captain creates a Team Name and pays for the team. 

  • Team Members search for the Team Name & completes their individual registration

  • Total time of all 4 members for TEAM TITLE

  • Team members can help each other with obstacles or penalties

  • All Teams race in the 5k category.  There is no category of Expert/Novice for Teams
